My PhD is a Collaborative Doctoral Award between the University of Cambridge and Homeworkers Worldwide, supervised by Dr Helen McCarthy and Dr Lucy Brill. My research focuses on the history of homeworkers and related activism since the 1970s. This project will explore the experiences of homeworkers, attempts to organise and lobby on behalf of homeworkers, and how this type of activism intersected with the labour movement, the women’s movement, and migrant and minority advocacy. I previously completed a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) majoring in history at the University of Melbourne and an MA in History at University College London.
