I am a DPhil candidate in Philosophy at Christ Church, Oxford, with interests in Kant, epistemology, and feminism. I previously completed a BA in PPE (2021) and the BPhil in Philosophy (2023) at Exeter College, Oxford.
My research explores connections between Kantian ethics and the epistemology of testimony. I look at how Kant’s views on lying can be extended and used to theorise about other cases where speech is wrongfully undermined or undermining.
My DPhil is supervised by Dr Anil Gomes, and co-funded by the OOC AHRC DTP, the Clarendon Fund, and Christ Church.
