Originally from Melbourne, Bridget completed her MA at La Trobe University where her thesis examined the appearance of a seated figure on coins issued by south Italian Greek settlements between c. 470 and 325 BCE. Her current research, supervised by Dr Volker Heuchert, focuses on coins produced by non-Greek mints in south Italy until the early second century BCE. This research is funded by the OOC AHRC DTP, the Clarendon Fund, and Merton College. While in Oxford she misses her family, her friends, her dog, and the football (although not necessarily in that order).
