Denis Topalović

Denis Topalović is reading for the DPhil in English at Magdalen College, Oxford. His research project, which is co-funded by the Open-Oxford-Cambridge AHRC DTP and the Clarendon Fund, investigates British travel writing of the interwar period, especially in its relationship with war and violence. His main research interests lie in modernism, travel, war, and continental philosophy. He graduated with a Master of Arts (MA) in English and Comparative Literature from the University of Glasgow, where he also read for a Master of Letters (MLitt) in English Literature: Modernities.
