Emily Dyson

I am a DPhil candidate in Politics: Political Theory at Nuffield College, University of Oxford. I also hold an MPhil degree in Politics: Political Theory (Distinction) from Nuffield College, University of Oxford, and a BA (Hons) degree in Philosophy from the University of Cambridge. I currently work on the psycho-politics of Frantz Fanon and Michel Foucault. In the future, I hope to draw from this historically-informed comparative research to theorise the contemporary politics of mental health and mental healthcare. My other research interests include: feminism and (the future of) work; the politics of childhood and children’s liberation.
