Jonas Atmaz Al-Sibaie

I am reading for a DPhil in Law at Somerville College, University of Oxford. My research focuses on the English law governing delivery as a means of conveying personal property. It aims to provide a doctrinal account that can explain and justify the reasoning and results in relevant cases. My research is supervised by Professor Birke Häcker. Prior to commencing my DPhil, I read for the BA in Jurisprudence and the BCL at St John’s College, Oxford.
