I studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Warwick before coming to Cambridge to study for an MPhil in Philosophy. During my master's degree, I have written about climate change duties, social housing and the implications of hate speech for equal citizenship. My research interests centre around political and feminist philosophy. I am interested in the political significance of 'private' areas of life - ranging e.g. from (hate) speech uttered in private to the policing and shaming of the female body. I will be working under the supervision of Professor Clare Chambers and Professor Rae Langton. My research is generously co-funded by the Gates Cambridge Trust.
